The European Border and Coast Guard Agency, Frontex, does not meet with lobbyists from the weapons and surveillance industry, they say. On its website, Frontex includes only partial information about invitations to their meetings and doesn’t reveal who was invited or what was presented. German reporters in cooperation with the NGOs Corporate Europe Observatory and Fragdenstaat.de proved who were really at the meetings and also published the first lobbying transparency register of Frontex.
